These terms govern the "all-inclusive website" subscription offered by LINKYGEEK LLC under the VeryAppi brand.
The subscription is entered into for a fixed term of 12 months from the date the website goes live. It renews automatically for further 12-month periods unless terminated by registered letter or email with acknowledgment of receipt at least 30 days before the renewal date. In the event of early termination, the remaining monthly payments due until the end of the term become immediately payable.
The rate of €69 excl. VAT/month for the first 3 months is reserved for subscriptions with a 12-month commitment. In the event of early termination, the discount granted (€90 excl. VAT) becomes due in addition to the remaining monthly payments.
Monthly SEPA direct debit on a fixed date, mandate signed online. First direct debit when the site goes live. The rate may be revised once a year on the anniversary date, within the limit of the SYNTEC index or 5% (whichever is higher), with 60 days' notice.

Reactivation fee after settlement: €49 excl. VAT. Late payment penalties at the statutory rate plus a flat-rate recovery indemnity of €40 (art. L441-10 of the French Commercial Code).
The domain name is registered in the client's name, who remains its owner and may transfer it at any time. The website, its code and templates remain the property of VeryAppi for the entire duration of the subscription; the client holds a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use. Content provided by the client (text, photos, logo) remains their property. Option to buy out the website after the first 12 months: 12 times the current monthly fee.
At the end of the contract, content, blog posts and the appointment database are exported in a standard format within 15 days, upon written request. Free of charge, once.
Included: text, images, contact details, opening hours, practice areas, displayed pricing, blog posts, form and appointment slot settings. Turnaround: 48 business hours from receipt of a complete request.
Excluded: creation of pages beyond the plan, new functional modules, complete visual redesign, custom development — quoted separately.
Fair use: beyond 10 requests per month, VeryAppi reserves the right to schedule subsequent requests within 5 business days, without this giving rise to any compensation.
Security updates and bug fixes included. Availability target of 99.5%, excluding planned maintenance, notified 48 hours in advance. No guarantee of results regarding search rankings or contact volume.
The client warrants that they hold the rights to the content they provide and remains solely responsible for its compliance, including professional/ethical compliance. VeryAppi may refuse or remove any manifestly unlawful content.
Hosted in France. VeryAppi acts as a data processor within the meaning of the GDPR; the data processing agreement is appended to these terms. An up-to-date record of processing activities is maintained and available on request.
Unless the client objects in writing, VeryAppi may cite the client's name and display a screenshot of their site among its case studies.
