We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form: first name, last name, email, phone (optional), project type, estimated budget and description. The site also collects minimal technical data (server logs: IP address, date, page visited) for security purposes. No banking data is collected on this site.
Responding to your contact request (performance of pre-contractual measures, art. 6.1.b GDPR); securing the site (legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f); remembering your language and theme preferences (legitimate interest). We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making.
Contact requests: 24 months after the last exchange. Server logs: 12 months. Data related to a signed contract: statutory accounting and tax retention periods (up to 10 years).
Your data is never sold, rented, or shared for advertising purposes. It is processed by our technical service providers strictly necessary for the service: hosting (Hostinger International Ltd), transactional email delivery. Each provider is bound by a data processing agreement (DPA).
